And though I’m here to contribute strategy-related content to www.poker-tomorrow.com, I’m really about covering all the angles when it comes to winning as much money as possible at the tables. In that spirit, my first-ever article for www.poker-tomorrow.com isn’t about how to play in certain situations; instead, it’s about how we online players need to take care of our bodies and minds, so that they don’t prevent us from playing the most effective poker that we possibly can.

Stu Ungar is famous for saying that “At the table, your worst enemy is yourself.” Most would agree that, given his life, Stu is referring to giving in to life-draining vices.
