Reraising Preflop in No-Limit Hold'em: Case Study with KK

You’re sitting in a nine-handed no-limit hold’em game. Action folds to a player in middle position who raises to five big blinds (5BB). Two players call behind, and it’s your turn to act on the button. Abracadabra! You look at your hole cards, and you have KK.
